On a serious note there are upsides to Utd, City and Chelsea, I don't see Liverpool as viable
Utd - He owned that pitch and I have no doubt would captain them and embrace the challenge of restoring them to their assumed rightful position
Chelsea - His club, his area and they win, repeatedly
City - Pep, they win and will have a gaping great Dec whole in their MF when Fernandinho retires at the end of the season
But fuck all that, bugger off to Madrid would be my choice too for him

I would hate to see him in a Chelsea shirt.
I do not get what going to Man united would honestly do for him. Would he make them into a side that is then back up for beating city, Liverpool and Chelsea to win the title? I don't think so.
I would say that is not a move that would do him much good at all.
I would love to see him, if he does go, then go to a big european club that is more deserving of him.

I feel sorry for him really. The pressure he’s going to be under over the next few years. I believe Madrid have been scouting him too so I think Man Utd are having a laugh if they think they’ll get him for anything less than 100.
The media and agents will turn this transfer into a soap opera like the Halland and Mbappe ones are. He will be 125m minimum. But the pressure on him will be immense sadly.
I’d prefer he went to Madrid or Barca. I think England always benefits from having players overseas and I couldn’t handle watching him play against us every season. Bad enough watching lingard score against us, Rice would be heartbreaking.

If Freakish is worth 100m Declan is worth twice that. Man city haven't become stronger or better since headband joined. Declan can play well both in defence and midfield and doesn't have off field problems.

It really fucking winds me up when the fans other clubs say Rice is worth about 75 million. The amount of money some players go for such as Maguire, Grealish, Pogba etc you cannot tell me Rice isn't top of the tree right now.
I'm also hoping that Real Madrid/Barca/Psg come in with a massive offer and he goes abroad wins la liga, champions league etc, I couldn't stomach seeing him at Man Utd or Chelsea.
I honestly think Rice is worth 100 million +
Why should we sell him cheap just because the likes of Chelsea want him. If its the last thing Sullivan does as chairman of West ham United he should squueze every last penny out of a club that want him.

Like everyone on here I don't want him to go; equally, like everyone on here we all know he will. If he has to go then it's got to be a UK record and if he has to go then please let Barca; Real or Bayern Munich come in for him. I really don't want to see him playing for another Premiership team.

When we do sell him hopefully Newcastle throw their hat in the ring and drive the price up for us.
A good World Cup too could see some big bids from top clubs in Europe.
Will be a huge loss for us though!
No guarantees that the money gets re-invested into the squad either… Gonna be an interesting 12 months at West Ham that’s for sure.

Priceless to us, not the board though.
Future England Captain, in 2 or 3 years the worlds most complete midfielder and a gentleman off the pitch who conducts himself with complete professionalism.
If that cunt Pogba was worth £100m and party boy jack £100 then duck knows the true worth of Declan.
£120 is what they will sell him for on the last day of the window so they don’t have to reinvest, is possibly the answer to the question of the OP.
